Abstract

Anaplasmosis  is caused by paranaplasma which parasitic in red blood cell of cattle, sheep deer and other ruminant animals and it was Tick-Borne Disease. The Anaplasmosis will do great harm to the aquaculture and which can result in mortality up to 10 to 80% and can cause zoonosis. Because of a large of area of Xinjianghost animal is variouscomplex vegetations and ecological environment, the new vector ticks and Anaplasma species spread diversification and complication in every year In additionthis disease is mixed with piroplasmosis in our regionand it is seriously prevalentHoweverThere has been few reports on the new detection technique with the new vector ticks species and Anaplasma.

Under the foundation of this studycooperation with zhejiang universityabsorb advanced technologyStarting from two aspects of the vector ticks and Anaplasma infection of host animals. Isolatesi dentification and vaccinated animalssave strains from local Positive cases and vector ticks(include new vector ticks)Grasp the tick-borne anaplasmosis popular features in my areaDevelopment research the Cattle and sheep anaplasmosis and vector ticks molecular immunology diagnostic   diagnostic technique with Zhejiang University in molecular biology research platform As is early detection  Tick Pest and Anaplasmosiscorrect assessment the degree of Anaplasmosis harm in our region. In order to make measures of the comprehensive prevention and control methods of ticks and Tick-borne Anaplasma in our region ‘Arid vegetation types’.
